Doxyfile.in and website/doxygen/Doxyfile have been rationalised/simplified.
website/doxgen/Doxyfile is copied from cmake/Doxyfile.in and patched to deliver website look'n'feel. website is stored in svn://dev.exiv2.org/svn/team/website
