f52eacf921 #1071 Remove Jzon from libexiv2 
1) Move src/Jzon.cpp and include/exiv2/Jzon.hpp to samples/Jzon.{cpp|hpp}
2) Update build environment appropriately.

a07769c116 #1071 msvc2003 added exiv2json and minor changes to build and pass test. 
There's a strange test exception which seems to be related to daylight saving time.
