4ceb325c8f clang-tidy: range for loop conversions

[xmpsdk] Add XMP Initialisation/Cleanup code to all main() programs 
- update documentation
- Removed redundant calls to Exiv2::XmpParser::terminate() (legacy of our
  discusssion with @tester0077).
