Fixed the shebang lines on the Python scripts.
Also, removed the one from modules/python/src2/cv.py and cleared its
executable bit, since it's not a script.

Pass list of modules to javadoc generator
Previously the generator always uses hardcoded list of modules.
This fix replaces hardcoded list with actual set of modules coming from cmake.
