0a78ca784c - add ENABLE_SHARED_EXIV2, ENABLE_XMP, ENABLE_LIBXMP, ENABLE_PNG, ENABLE_NLS, ENABLE_PRINTUCS2, ENABLE_LENSDATA as options for building - nls isn't done though and needs some work 
- add further messages/a macro to give out any message we like
- add xmp as a convenience library if wanted
- (hopefully) fix compilation if expat is in a non-standard place
- install pkgconfig file
